Between Tides brings together artists whose practices attend to movement, change, and states of transition. Rather than treating water as a fixed subject, the exhibition understands tides as a metaphor for larger forces that shape experience, including social, emotional, material, and temporal shifts. The works engage moments of suspension and uncertainty, tracing patterns of flow, accumulation, resistance, and drift across bodies, spaces, and systems. Moving between intensity and stillness, cohesion and fracture, the exhibition considers how meaning is produced in periods of instability and change, when direction is unsettled and outcomes remain unresolved.
